1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of the Khidmaah Foundation website and donations made through it. By using the website or making a donation you agree to these terms.
2. Donations
All donations are voluntary. Donations made to a specific project are spent on that project. If a project is fully funded or cannot be carried out, the donation is used for the nearest similar purpose, in line with our Memorandum of Association.
3. Zakat
Zakat is kept in a separate fund and spent only on eligible recipients according to Islamic law.
4. Verification and refunds
Donations are recorded as pending until the Treasurer verifies the payment. If you made a donation by mistake or entered wrong details, contact us within 7 days with your donation reference and we will review your request.
5. Foreign donations
In accordance with our Memorandum of Association and Bangladeshi law, foreign donations are accepted only after the required Government permission has been obtained.
6. Use of the website
You may not misuse the website, submit false information or attempt to interfere with its operation. Content on the website may not be reused for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
